Fertility is influenced by many factors, understanding how your hormones work is often one of the most important steps in supporting reproductive health for both men and women. My approach combines specialist reproductive reflexology with clear, compassionate understanding of fertility investigations and treatment options.

During your consultation, we can discuss blood hormone reults and semen analysis results to help build a clearer picture of your fertility health. This allows me to idenitfy areas that many benefit from further support and to help create a personalised plan for your fertility journey. Where appropriate, I can refer you to trusted fertility specialists, including gynecologists, urologists, and other healthcare professionals.

IVF is not always the right route for everyone. Some individuals and couples may benefit from exploring natural fertility support first, while others may decide that assisted condeption is the most appropriate step. If IVF is part of your journey, I can provide support throughout the process using reflexology working alongside the drug regime, helping you both physically and emotionally during what can often be a demanding and stressful time.

Reproductive Reflexology can be used:
