What to expect from a typical Reflexology session:

If you have never had reflexology before you may wonder what it is all about:

  • On your first visit the reflexologist will ask you a series of questions about your
    general health and life style.

  • You will then be asked to remove your shoes and socks and sit in a reclining chair or couch.

  • The reflexologist will use their hands to apply pressure to the feet, working specific areas with fingers and thumbs. The pressure will vary on each client looking to their needs at all times. Each foot is carefully worked, starting with some relaxation techniques.

  • You may feel some areas of discomfort where there is a build up of crystal deposits; this will indicate to the Reflexologist an area that needs attention.

  • At the end of the treatment you will be encouraged to drink water and to continue to do so to help clear out toxins. The reflexologist will ask you to take note of how you feel in the coming hours.
